Enrolling a New Brand That we own the trademark
Hello all,
We are trying to enroll our trademarked brand, we also own the patent - with no success.
On the Brand Registry page 1 we get stuck on the "Enter the ASIN for a product that matches the Brand." There are no ASIN's with the new brand, it's a new brand. If we try to list a new product ASIN we get the prompt "Enter the brand." and off course it cannot find the brand because its not in Amazon yet.
Seems like there is a process to enroll a "New" brand but we cannot find it.
Is there an Amazon support member that can point us in the right direction?

My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team.
The section where you list ASINs under your brand should be optional and you can move on without imputing any ASIN info.
The Brand Registry Application Guide may help as this is a step by step guide and also covers optional areas. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
