Payment initiated but not received in my bank

I am urgently seeking assistance regarding several missing payments that have not been credited to my bank account. These delays are severely impacting my business operations.

Despite opening multiple cases, I have not received any resolution or update. Here are the details:

CAD 493.46 (Sent on 2024-07-01)

CAD 1,308.39 (Sent on 2024-07-15)

MXN 2,945.87 (Sent on 2024-07-01)

MXN 7,488.08 (Sent on 2024-07-15)

Case IDs:

15641314131

15639485921

15637913281

These cases have been transferred, but I have not received any responses yet. Normally, I receive payments within 2 days, but it has now been 14 days without receiving these funds. I provided the bank with the trace IDs, but they couldn't locate the payments. I need immediate action to resolve this issue as it is critically affecting my business.
