Amazon Brand Registry Rejection - Identical Trademark
Hi everyone,
I’m facing a frustrating issue with Amazon Brand Registry and could really use some advice. I applied to register my brand, but Amazon rejected my application, stating that the name is identical or nearly identical to a brand already enrolled in their store. However, after searching, I found that there is no existing brand with this name on Amazon.I have already created the trademark for my brand, so I don’t understand why my application is being rejected. Amazon’s response also mentioned that this decision cannot be reversed at this time, but they suggest reapplying once my trademark is actively registered and possibly undergoing additional verification.
Has anyone dealt with a similar issue? How can I get around this and prove that my brand is unique? This process is taking much longer than expected, and it’s incredibly frustrating.
