help reactivating my seller account
Hi,
Tried to reach out to support by email/contact form or even chat but i wasn't successful.
My store was deactivated some 12 months ago and the beginning of notification syas "Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement."
Whilst I understand that my VA may have been not doing a good job; i'd like another opportunity ensuring I will closely monitor and manage the store going forward. I have even prepared an appeal letter but don't know how and where to send it.

At this time, Amazon sent you an email informing you about this deactivation. In this email they tell you exactly what you have to do to reactivate your account. If you don't unerstand the meaning you can copy and paste it here.
If you understand the meaning and you can NOT provide the documents they ask for, your account will not be reinstated.
On Amazon there is NO second opportunity. You have to do anything correctly from the first step.
