Wise Card Statement Not Available

My account got deactivated and I was requested to have a virtual identity verification. The call was made and everything was provided including Company documents ID Documents and Bank Statement. But at the end he asked for Credit or Debit Card Statement. My Bank Account is Wise and they only provide account statement not Card Statement. So what should I do. I provided them the account statement but they want Card Statement which was attached.
