Amazon refund the money i am still waiting on the return of my product 113-8897402-6819469

I am so unhappy with Amazon overall and Amazon support team they are of no use, I still don't know why Amazon have a support team when they hardly of any support.

Buyer didn't return the product I am waiting on it, Amazon sent the label, but all of sudden amazon initiated the refund, I have no clue why, Amazon keep doing this to me , where as my items are not returned, this buyer bought the product from me for above USD 250 and within couple of days asked to return , which is fishy but I still said ok, did all the steps and now waiting for the items to return but amazon initiated the refund. people are abusing sellers like us and Amazon is supporting them and bankrupting us.

Thank you for using the forums and bringing this to our attention.

First, I would like to say that you are able to change the settings for Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA from Amazon to Seller in the Return Settings dashboard.

Secondly, for Order ID 113-8897402-6819469, do you have a seller support case you can share ? If so please reply on this thread and I can take a look from my end to see if there is any paths we can pursue.

Per Refund Guidelines is preferable to wait until you receive the item back from the buyer before you issue a refund.
