FBA Invoice from Czech Republic
Hello Guys,
I'm selling products through Amazon FBA.
And I'm also using Amazon's VAT service.
There is one problem here.
Some of the orders sold through FBA didn't generate a VAT invoice. When I checked why, I was told that the invoice wasn't generated because the goods originated from the Czech Republic.
My business is located in Germany. I never sent any goods to the Czech Republic, and the inventory was moved to the Czech Republic on its own through Amazon's FBA service.
How do I invoice in this case?

Now for these specific invoices that you're missing, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into your account. Once you open that case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor that correspondence.
