Hello, for about 6 months I have been trying to close my Amazon account but it has not been possible, it won't let me do this process anywhere, I need help because it keeps charging me and I want to cancel this NOW

To stop the monthly account fee charges, all you have to do is change to an individual status account, instead of a professional account. The change will take effect at the next billing cycle.

If your account has any violations, you cannot close it. Not sure if you can downgrade to the individual if your account was deactivated or suspended.
