Dougal here and thanks for creating your own thread for this issue. This brand name change request is different from our correspondance on this THREAD, but I know @Sandy_Amazonis currently working on reviewing that.
For this one, the ASIN's original brand name at ASIN creation was not "ELYYT TV," so I am not able to support your request to change the brand name as this would violate the Amazon Brand Name policy.

This happens more often than you think. When you call customer support they have no answer on how it got changed but want you to jump thru hoops to get it changed back.

Amazon is very strict about brand protection, but it's strange that they would allow VC accounts to change the brand name on others' links. Yes, as far as I know, VC account can change the brand name of other ASINs in some ways. It is better that you can open a case and report this issue to get back your brand name on this listing.
