Vat Registration in UK, UAE - How can I make First Sale required in Application?

Cheated by Amazon VAT Service TAXUALLY, I attempted Online VAT Registration.

I can make First Sale only after My Amazon Account is Activated with TRN or VAT Number.

Application requires detail of First Sale. How can I proceed without First Sale Record?
