UPS Shipping Integration with Amazon
As of recent I have linked our Amazon account on our UPS account. By doing so it imports the orders which has been fantastic for Shipping accuracy and ease of use.
Our questions - by purchasing shipping through our UPS account does this cover us for INR claims / A-Z Claim? We use our UPS account because UPS Simple Rate isn't available as a shipping option on Amazon Buy Shipping. Some of the items we ship are quite heavy and shipping via Amazon Buy Shipping ends up being 3 times, if not more, the cost of using Simple Rate.

Purchasing your shipping outside of the Buy Shipping services will not provide you with the INR / A-to-Z protections. There's a post from a long-time forums user that contains a template they use when they receive such claims - you may find some use should you run into INR issues!
