We created a listing and the product is blocked due to safety issue.
We have submitted PDF's of material testing, etc. and we have been waiting for a week to receive feedback from Amazon regarding this issue.

Apologies for the delayed response. If you happen to still be around, do you have the Selling Partner Support CASE ID of the discussion above?
I did find in your CASE log a case ending in 6871 regarding ASIN ending in 2752 where you were requested to submit compliance documents and it took a while for them to get reviewed. It appears the Compliance team eventually reached out to you on April 2nd, 2025 stating:
We cannot validate your ASIN because there are still unmet compliance requirements for your product. Please follow the instructions below.
1. A Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) for the ASINs you are applying to sell.
2. Test reports from a CPSC-accepted testing laboratory confirming each product was tested to the requirements listed below:
i) CPSIA Lead
ii) CSPA Cadmium
iii) CSPA Phthalates
3. Please be informed that we can only accept product images. Therefore, kindly take clear photo of the product with affixed label clearly displaying:
- Location and date of production of the product.
- Detailed information on the manufacturing process, such as a batch or run number, or other identifying characteristics.
