Missing Call me now button

My account is deactivated and I have submitted all the necessary information they have asked.

There is no Call me now button on my account. I have no informtaion what to do, as they keep saying we do not have enough information to activate your account at this time on the submit new information option.

On email they have said, we may not reply to further emails.

What to do? i have never done Online arbitrafe, always buying from Wholesalers.

This is not fair from Amazon's part.

Can anyone help..!
