My amazon.com account was deactivated on August 25 for the reason "We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history".
When I first entered the appeal page, I saw that they were requesting my electricity or water bill, business license and credit card information.I properly shared these documents with the Amazon team. But They rejected this with the statement '' We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.''
In the following stages,I appealed many times torgether with PoAs documents regarding the accuracy of all identity and account information, etc. But the result still did not change. Also each time I call the Seller Support team, they request different information and documents, but I get rejected every time.
Meanwhile, there was no sales activity in my amazon.com and I was only selling in amazon.co.uk . Due to my amazon.com, amazon.co.uk has also been disabled and I cannot sell on any accounts at the moment.
