New default shipping location will not update. Need Advice

Hi All;

I spend the summer in Illinois from our Arizona home. I updated our Illinois location as our default shipping from location. All orders still are based on our Arizona location. What am I doing wrong? I even see; "Fulfillment settings of Willowbrook (default shipping address) will be used for shipping options using manual transit times in all your Shipping Templates."

If you are still experiencing issues with your ship from location as it's impacting orders, I would recommend going to the Action Column and deactivating operations from the AZ address until you are back in that location.

In addition, please navigate to Settings > Return Settings > Manage Return Addresses > Ensure to update the AZ address to your IL address if you are going to want returns to also be shipped back to IL.

If you are still experiencing issues after executing these actions, feel free to reply back to this thread, and we will be happy to take another look!

If you are still experiencing issues with your ship from location as it's impacting orders, I would recommend going to the Action Column and deactivating operations from the AZ address until you are back in that location.

In addition, please navigate to Settings > Return Settings > Manage Return Addresses > Ensure to update the AZ address to your IL address if you are going to want returns to also be shipped back to IL.
