hello everyone. today i woke up with a great sadness. because amazon suspended my account according to the 3rd labor contract. I am writing here to get your opinion.
-First of all, amazon sent me an e-mail on 23.07.2024 stating that they could not verify my account and therefore my account was deactivated. Requested invoice or business license for the last 90 days.
- I sent my credit card statement, my local internet bill and my ID card.
- Today 30.07.2024, amazon sent me the following e-mail:
Hello,
We received your submission, but we are unable to reactivate your account. After reviewing your account, we have confirmed that your Amazon seller account is being used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activities that harm our customers, other affiliates and our store.
Why is this happening?
Your Amazon Seller Account has been deactivated in accordance with clause 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.
We may not respond to further emails regarding this matter.

-I asked customer service about this in case (15732643591). I received the following response:
This is Ankit from Amazon's Account Health Support. I understand your concern about closing your account and the reason for account deactivation. To close your account, you need to reactivate your account. Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed. Submit open orders so that there is no further impact on your account. Why is this happening? We have not been able to verify information about your seller account or received any new information about your listings or sales history.
-Now I need your valuable moderators' knowledge and experience. I don't think I did anything against Amazon policies. what do you think I did wrong? What should I do next?

I see that your account has been deactivated for seller identity verification concerns and you have questions about what your appeal options will look like from here.
" A utility bill for piped or natural gas, electricity, water or internet services issued within the last 90 days, with name and address visible.
Business license (if applicable) "
To address this deactivation, you must submit ONE of the above documents. The documents you submit must be able to be verified and must match your info in seller central. If your internet bill was not accepted, do you have another service bill in your name from the list above?
At this time you will have the opportunity to submit the requested information, however, if we are unable to verify the documents submitted, we cannot guarantee a resolution of this issue or that you will receive follow up emails from the review team.

Can you share what happened when you submitted the natural gas bill? Was it accepted?
