Account Health Good - But Account Deactivated
My account has been deactivated, I have received several emails saying the account was deactivated. When I go to my Account Health all it says at the top is "Reactivate Your Account" I click on that link it brings me to a page to drop files, thing is I had a product that I had not even shipped to Amazon yet it might of had an IP issue so I removed it from my inventory and I still got an email saying my account was deactivated, so what files do I need to enter, I had bought the products from Walmart and I no longer have that Walmart account. But if my Health is good and there is NO IP complaints on the Account Health what is next?? Any info would be great.
Thank you,
John

Just because you remove a listing doesn't address the violation. Also, purchasing inventory from Walmart would not give you proper invoices to prove authenticity.
Post you original deactivation notice, you are leaving out the real reason.

Quite often the most serious issues NEVER show up in your "account health".
Amazon sits on them and waits while they gather evidence of serious violations and THEN they pounce on your account.

Hello @Seller_ahQsPFP2qFFLf,

You mentioned this may have been an IP related issue, can you share the performance notification @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 suggested? Additionally as they mentioned, when these types of situations occur, removing the ASIN does not resolve the violation. Depending on the notice, we may require proof of compliance prior to being able to resolve the situation.
If this was due to an IP issue, you will need to ensure you're providing invoices that meet our requirements, and we may also require a letter of authorization issued by the brand or rights owner. Once you are able to share more information on this situation, I can provide more information or next steps.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.

Basically the Amazon AI system has decided it does not like you. There is nothing you can do. The more you appeal the more they will send you generic requests for more info which they will reject every time. You can appeal all you want but after 12 months they will keep all the money that you are owed. These days Amazon wants Huge China based sellers or Multi National Companies. They do not want you.

If you want to sell Walmart stuff you should have listed the items as used like new. You are probably done here.

it seems to be all due to automation. I had invoices rejected that were t attached or mentioned. Amazons internal systems are failing and so far I have not found any resolution. The computer system believes it’s correct, and cannot reason as humans do. I hope you find resolution, to date, I haven’t and inventory set to be unnecessarily destroyed. My situation is very similar to yours. Best of luck to you!!

I had a situation that was similar and my account is still deactivated. So I moved to another platform where I’m actually making more money. Maybe that’s what you need to do and don’t sweat the small stuff. Hint - Store with blue and yellow star logo. The #1 retailer. 🙂
