Listings suspended due to required product safety documents (recognised previously as a medical device)

I've been selling on Amazon for the past 3 years and had my product recognised as a medical device previously. Due to a recent change in the parent ASIN this has now triggered all my ASINs to be suspended and the same product safety compliance documents requested.
I have sent in all the required documentation and keep chasing via the account health team and seller support, but no-one is reviewing the information I provided and reinstating my ASINs. This has been going on for 3 weeks now.
I did email the high risk child safety team too asking them what is happening but I keep getting automatic replies.
I have email evidence to show that Amazon has previously approved this product as a medical device. These types of products are sold on Amazon UK already, which proves that you can sell these types of products on Amazon.
Can I please have a moderator look at this case ID 10916279492 and connect me to someone who can actually resolve this issue?

Also, re the tags - I don't think ANY of those names are actual forum moderators - certainly none of them are UK mods - they look like other sellers who have used the word Amazon in their names.
