Seeking Help: Account Deactivation and Automated Appeal Responses
My Amazon seller account was deactivated, and despite submitting multiple appeals and providing all requested documents, I’m still unable to get it reinstated. I followed Amazon’s instructions by submitting a detailed Plan of Action that addressed root causes, corrective actions, and preventative measures, along with all supporting documents such as invoices, proof of shipping labels purchased from Amazon, and tracking details for recent orders. However, I keep receiving automated responses stating the information is “insufficient,” which makes me believe my appeal hasn’t been properly reviewed by a team member. I’ve contacted Seller Support, resubmitted everything as directed, and taken every possible step to comply with Amazon’s policies. I’m attaching screenshots of the deactivation notice and Amazon’s replies, and I kindly request assistance to ensure my appeal is reviewed by the appropriate team.
