New account - 'Face' verification pending 2 weeks
Hello
I set up a professional seller account 2 weeks ago and provided all personal and business details. Most of the verification went well however i was requested to 'take a photo of your face'
2 weeks later and seller support keeps telling me that it is under review, and has now been passed on to their internal team for a second review
How long does this process usually take? The responses i receive are generic and very frustrating. Is there anything i can do to speed up the process? All the information i have provided is very clear, so i fail to see what is taking so long

It can take several weeks to verify an account as there are hundreds/thousands signing up daily- all being checked by just one team for all verification and re-verification cases.
Must admit the request for a photo seems very strange though!
