Brand Registry Application
I've submitted 2 brand registry applications for my new brand. The first was denied because "the invoice was not sufficient" so I submitted a second one, I submitted the second application on Feb 11 and on Feb 13th I got a message saying it was denied for the same reason, but when I check my applications it says pending review. I have a new document from my supplier to upload that addresses Amazon's concerns, but I am unable to do anything on the brand registry site for the existing case, or open a new case. Can someone help? The case ID for the first one is 17146131681 and the Case ID for the second application which is stuck in pending review is 17188467881

4 weeks seems to be a long time to be "pending review." @Jim_Amazon any ideas on this one?
Also, what are typically the reasons why manufacturers' invoices are not sufficient for brand registry applications? Shouldn't that be pretty cut and dry, assuming it's the brand owner making the application?

Hi there @Seller_y8R5E1ZzjWUNj
Thank you for reaching out! I've taken a look into your application and found a couple things.
- When selecting an option about manufacturing, you selected the one stating you are the manufacturer. Correct me if I'm wrong but from what I've seen, it would appear the option where you use a third party manufacturer will need to be selected for your situation.
- The invoice you attached was a pro forma invoice. We require invoices that show completion of the transaction and pro forms invoices do not satisfy that requirement. I recommend reviewing the Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell video for more information as this information applies to all invoices.
- The application is in a "pending" state because of the insufficient documentation so I will be reaching out to the enrollment team to see if they can reject the application and allow you to reapply
Please wait until I give you the go ahead to reapply before actioning anything and let me know if you have any questions in the meantime!
