Account deactivated - need help please.
My account has been deactivated but I do not have any inventory in my FBA. I do not understand why it was deactivated and I would like to get it back up and running so that I can run my other business on the other email/seller account. I have 2 accounts but until this first account is in good status, I cannot open the other account to sell my own products this time. Please help and someone please get in touch with me. I'm going around in circles with the automated emails asking me to upload invoices from the brand for the couple of products I purchased at a store to resell on Amazon. I no longer have any inventory in my account and would like to fix this problem as soon as possible as it's affecting my business and sales. Thank you.

That is a violation of sourcing policies and unless you have the proper wholesale invoices your accounts will remain suspended.

Unfortunately you are done selling on Amazon. You cannot purchase products from a retail source and the turn around and sell them on Amazon.
Amazon is a completely different selling platform than something like Ebay.
Amazon also does not give second chances because the information is given in Seller University Videos.
