Stuck in a Loop: Suppressed ASIN from Product Condition Complaint, Now Gated and Can’t Update Listing to Appeal

One of my ASINs was recently suppressed due to a Product Condition Customer Complaint. I am trying to update my bullet points and imagery in order to appeal and get reinstated, but I am caught in a loop.
The issue is:
The ASIN is now gated, and I can’t make any edits through the flat file system or 'edit inventory'. Even basic PartialUpdate feeds throw errors (19084) there are “other listing limitations.” So I can’t fix the listing… and because I can’t fix the listing, I also can’t submit the policy appeal.
Seller Support keeps pointing me to flat files. Brand Registry sends boilerplate responses. Software Dev Support acknowledged the issue is backend gating, but they can't fix it.

I’m basically stuck in a loop — can’t update the listing until I appeal, can’t appeal until I update the listing.
What I’m trying to do:
– Update a few bullet points for clarity
– Replace one image
– Then file the appeal and get the ASIN live again
Would love any advice from sellers who’ve dealt with this, or help from a mod who can escalate this internally. I’ve got everything ready to go — just need a way to actually apply the updates.

I took a look at CASE ID 17863675131 associated to ASIN ending in JRBZ does not have any blockers at this time, so you should be able to list the product and make the edits.
