My two attempts to ship goods to Amazon's warehouse have both been rejected
My two attempts to ship goods to Amazon's warehouse have both been rejected because my products cannot fit into their yellow container. The dimensions of my products are 48 centimeters by 47 centimeters by 17 centimeters, while Amazon's standard size is 63.5 centimeters. I've tried sending them twice to different locations, but they were both refused. I need help figuring out what to do next.
By the way, I ship via pallet.
Please help, I am really confuse now.

What's the exact wording of the refusal?

Hi @Seller_j0fKyaaE1zpi4,
Thank you for reaching out about this and apologies for the frustration this has caused!
If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into your account. Once you open that case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed!
Thanks again,
Jameson
