invoice Defect Rate - But we are already enrolled in VAT CALCULATION SERVICE
We have been selling in Europe with no issues for almost 1 year, and are enrolled in Amazon VAT calculation services.
This morning I received an email from Amazon IT, and yesterday from Amazon FR stating that we had exceeded the Amazon invoice defect rate. Further, that unless this was sorted out, we may well be deactivated in these marketplaces.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a glitch?
(this, on top of the ongoing 'indicators of unmet business establishment requirements' which in itself is hugely stressful).

For anyone who has the similar problem...
We are VAT registered in 3 x EU countries and subscribe to Amazon VAT services . This means VAT invoicing is done automatically. We were also set of for storage in another EU country, but did not have VAT in said country. So, items being stored in said country were being sent to fulfil orders VAT registered countries. In this instance, Amazon VAT services could not generate an invoice. So, were business customers were concerned, no onvoice was being produced and therefore our Invoice Defect rate went above 5%. The solution was to stop storage in the said country (settings, Fulfilment by amazon) and send invoices manually to customers, via respective order.
