I am unable to reactivate my account since the account info page says that I need to upload my identification documents for verification. But when I do click on the link to verify I am redirected to a new page that says verification successful and my account is active . I’m not sure if it’s a technical glitch but unfortunately my account is still inactive and I have tried contacting support but I wasn’t getting much help from them.
