That wil not be possible! The purpose of sending a postcard is EXACTLY to verify if the address you put in your seller account settings is correct or not!
And you also want to change your phone number? Why? Maybe also your email-address? But the name in "Legal Entity" is the same like always?
If your account is deactivated Amazon sent you an email about that. copy and paste the whole email here, MAYBE someone can help you.

For clarity, can you share why your account is deactivated? You can share the deactivation performance notification here, after removing your personal information, for us to review.
If you wish to change your address and phone number after you have requested the postcard, you will have to wait until you see the option to "request a new postcard". This may happen after the postcard is dispatched. How long ago did you request the postcard? (how may days?)

As of 6/13/2024, it does appear your selling account was reactivated. If you could please let me know if you do not see this information or are seeing something different so I can investigate the inconsistency.
