I have been notified that my account is at risk of being deactivated. I need to have a review removed. It is for order 112-6095781-5292243. The customer provided no proof that the product was not full. I have sold others without any customer comments. Please help me. The "order defect rate is 1.87." The is causing me not to be able to get into the buy box with any of my ASINs.

They don't have to provide proof and if it doesn't violate one of Amazons rules for removal, it will not be removed.

Product reviews are not removed unless they violate the Community Guidelines. As noted by @Seller_rGcQW1yb6ZWbC, if you have low sales volume and need to appeal an account deactivation action, you should point out to them in your appeal that your have very low sales volume. Your appeal will be reviewed and responded to by my partner team.
