Vine Enrollment Error

We have new ASINs that we want to enroll in Vine. But whenever I add the ASIN i get this message "No eligible offers - 400"

A few things to consider:

  • This is a variation - I tried the parent and child asins when enrolling and I get the same error message
  • Release date: future date
  • Main images have been added

Hope someone can help.

The first approach should be to open a case with Seller Support.

If for some reason the case gets resolved with out addressing our issue, please share the case ID on this thread and I can take a look from my end and determine what is the best path forward.
