Could 3rd Party Sellers Unionize/Start a Union?

Not going to lie, I'm not entirely sure how unions work, but I know that it's a fight for regulation and fairness in work ethic, wage, etc with employees. Do you all think it would be possible to Unionize as 3rd Party sellers? With news, like Amazon being sued, news like Project Nessie, with how absolutely non transparent and obtuse Amazon is to it's sellers, how can one be sure things are running in a fair way. When that platform that runs the majority of business in the world also has the ability to hand out massive loans, to kill businesses on an algorithm change, to know if you're pay to play ads are really fair, how do we address something like this? Genuine question as much as it sounds like a pipe dream "I'm suing aamazon!!" post. But for real, at what point and how do we get some fairness and regulation??
