Pan_EU stock being charge EFN FBA fee. Needs mods attention

Stock that is PAN-EU has been charged the higher rate EFN, rather than Pan-EU fees. Requesting reimbursement and correction to fees. Fees look to have been corrected, but no reimbursement made, and cases are always ''transfered', so I cannot follow up.
Can a MOD assit please?
