Error 5461 continous issues

We are trying to list bundles for new items from multiple manufacturers that we are already had been approved on, but now are encountering error 5461 again.

On our selling applications page we are approved in the camera and electronics category for Insta360 however it shows the main application is still being denied, even though we just listed products last month and have all of the documents from the brand owner, including signed letter, but it's still getting denied for no reason, and we were approved just last month.

We also now just encountered another product that we can no longer list, SpyPoint, because of the same error 5461.

We have multiple cases open now for over 2 weeks and have had no luck. Please AMZ forum moderator help us with these.
