There is no opting out. You can put any platforms you don't wish to sell On Vacation. Make sure you have no active listings there. There will be no decrease in your fee, the NARF is one price, you choose which countries to use.

In addition to what @Seller_kNAboD6kRgVt7told you, DO NOT EVER ask to close one of those accounts or you will close ALL of them.
One seller merely asked about closing BRAZIL and Amazon went rogue and closed his accounts!
They have been trying to get it fixed for SIX MONTHS and is now waiting for a date for Arbitration. The damages are going to be in the hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars that Amazon will be forking over due to their actions!
