Do these business names violate any guidelines? I am confused how they can make these claims in their business name when it isn't true. It is a deceptive practice, but it is working. I can see the sales slowing for me on the ASINs we are both on. I AM an authorized dealer and I am typically the fastest shipping, but customers see this and assume they are "verified" by Amazon and choose them.
