Intellectual property violation has been committed against my patented product with a patent for a completely different search method than my product, and the bot responds. I cannot open my product. I submitted everything to Amazon with a technical description stating all the differences between the patents. I present the authorization letter given by the patent holder to the manufacturer, the invoice issued to me by the manufacturer, the explanation of the working principle stamped and signed by the engineers and the explanation of why the products are different with this explanation, and my own USPTO approved trademark registration certificate within the brand of the product we sell. Despite all my correct explanations, Amazon does not allow me to sell this product for an unfounded reason, using the brand of the listing it sells. I have 2500 FBA products inside and 1500 are on the way. This trade, which I started with 4000 units of stock by trusting Amazon, is blocked because of the brand sold by Amazon itself. Help!
