You are eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days
Once you have finished setting up your account, you will need to downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan by following the steps outlined in this help page. After completing this step, contact Seller Support requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99.
