My account got deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.
Hello Everyone,
I am desperate for help. My account got deactivated about 10 days ago and I received the following message:
"We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.
Why is this happening?
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement."
My account was not involved in any fradulent activity of any sort. The only problem I had was that I forgot to submit my ID to Amazon Seller Central becuase their email was sent to my spam folder. I already tried 4 times to appeal to Amazon by submitting more information to my case but it got rejected every time (I already submitted my ID and bank statements to demostrate my identity). Furthermore, whenever I try to reach support my questions get automatically rejected by the Amazon Bot.
What I really dont understand is that on case ID 15624304761 Amazon support confirmed that my account was reactivated and that I could resume selling when in reality my account was still deactivated. My health score is green and I never engaged in any illegal activity, I need a real person to review my case and reactivate my account please!

Hello @Seller_lgpu564r2HJCz,
Thank you for posting here on the Forums.
From what you have shared, your account was deactivated for seller identity verification requests and you would like some guidance on what your next steps will look like to get this addressed.
The notification you shared suggests that the review team was unable to verify the information you submitted for review. At this time, you may submit new information for review, however, if the information is unable to be verified or does not match your information in seller central, your account will remain deactivated and we cannot guarantee a resolution of this concern.
I am including a list of acceptable documents below:
-a utility bill for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service (must be dated in the last 90 days and have you name and address visible that matches you name and address in seller central).
-a business license if applicable
-government issued ID
-bank or credit card statement
Please note: If you have submitted documents that have been rejected recently, submitting them again will likely lead to them getting rejected.
I was able to check on the case ID that you have shared, this approval was for basic registration and is separate from your section 3 violation.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach back out. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
