Counterfeit Goods
Hey Everyone,
Had anyone had issues with the commingling stock?
We’ve received a shipment back from FBA and they’ve sent us COUNTERFEIT aka “FAKE” stock back!!! Anyone else experienced this? We have the stock/evidence to prove it.
Tried to get help from Seller “UN”Support without success so getting trading standards and Brand Protection involved, if that doesn’t work I’ll go directly to the brand and let them know that Amazon are selling fake goods, anyone got any other suggestions?
Word of advice if you’re sending stock to FBA, open every single box and take photos of each and every item inside the boxes, because that is what has happened here, the products inside the boxes have been switched, but according to Amazon we’re all liars.
