Account Identity verification
I have received an email from Amazon to show that my account have been verified, however, when I log into seller central my information appears in red and that I need to verify my identity. Unfortunately, the button I should use to verify my identity is greyed out/blocked so I cannot do this?
What is the next step? I can not see any further email correspondence from amazon?
