I own this listing product but someone selling different product on my listing, So I start a marketplace policy violation [Product not as described] through Brand Registry Support, reporting this seller and test buy order ID:111-6362420-3572259, attached the picture of the test buy order to show what different from my listing product.

After I submited the complaint, my listing was blocked and there is a Listing Policy Violations in my acccount, the most infuriating thing is that thisseller can STILL SELLING this totally different product on my listing, still bring a bad shopping experience to customers. It's unfair.

I ask for help from Account Performance Team and they told me that I was reported myself by mistake, ok fine, my bad. they tell me that I can Retract the Complaint by Brand Registry Support. So I open a case[ID:15094422521] to retract the complaint. they send me two links [ Brand Submission History page ] and [ Retraction Form ] to help me retract this complaint. but when I search the complaint ID on these pages, I can't find it.

Can anyone help me to fix this issue? Really need help, Many thanks
