Private Label - No Featured Offer / Buybox for FBM/MFN.
Hi All - we are in need of some specific assistance.
we sell Private Label items on our own Brand (so not a wholesaling issue). We want to switch some items from FBA to FBM, however we aren't awarded a Buybox and our account states we are not eligible for the featured offer on these items.
we have a strong and increasing health score, we despatch our other private label items that does have a buybox on time (same day) everyday with little issue. we are a professional seller with month on month growth, and larger/heavier items that absolutely fit the FBM model, but we still can't get a buy box.
we have tried dropping the price on various items to even a money losing sum, and lower than our competition - even this hasn't worked.
has anybody got experience with gaining a featured offer / buybox on their private label item? or advice about how to resolve this?

If you sell your own branded products alone, you have always BuyBox. Are there more sellers?

I am wondering if your issue was resolved please? Same thing happened to me today. I am a new seller, selling private label own brand product. For 1st 2 weeks, everything was fine and today, out of nowhere, the buybox (Buy it now) option disappeared. No violations or messages to my seller account.
