Legal Entity Change Non-resident USA LLC
I registered North American seller central account with business location in "Bangladesh" and business type "Individual" as I reside in Bangladesh. During registration I had no option to select United States as "individual" was selected. If I selected "privately-owned business" then USA appeared in the list for business location.
I want to do wholesale business model in Amazon. As a result, USA based LLC and EIN is mandatory for brand approval/authorization. If I open single member LLC in USA, how can I insert new LLC, EIN information on seller central profile?
Since I am unable to change business location, business type. But only tax interview section could be retaken but no LLC information could be entered while being non-resident USA.
A chat support agent suggested me to open a new seller central account with different email, phone without deleting existing account. Could his suggestion violate Amazon policy? What is the correct procedure for me to go with? I saw several posts regarding similar issue, many suggested to close existing account, wait 90 days and open new account with USA business location.
If I close existing account and open new account, then would it be possible for me to get verified by using current address where I actually live in?
Note: I have no listing, no inventory in warehouse, never sold anything on Amazon. Paid 39.99 USD for professional plan. My current address is verified by amazon PIN. I signed up for seller central account a decade ago but never fully completed the process until recently.
