Reactivate account button not working! Looping back to inactive account page!
After months of endless back and forth with support email team about reactivating my selling account, I finally got a message today that my documents have been verified and that I can start selling again --- yet the same technical issue persists and I am still not able to activate my account. Since months a technical error is not letting me reactivate my account. It's an endless loop where "Reactivate account " button continuously loops back to "inactive account" page and doesn't provide a link where documents for verification can be uploaded.
I have outstanding inventory with FBA and I am worried that they will charge me an outstanding inventory fee now.
None of this is my fault as I am unable to sell for months due to this issue. Please help!

Connor from Amazon here, I've mirrored your account on my end and the reactivate account button does work.
Try to clear your browser's cache+cookies, restart your computer or try from another device or browser.
It looks like your passport document was rejected from what I see on your account, so you will have to re-upload a new one. You can do this via your global dashboard:
