Account Health Assurance Not qualified even no more than 10 days below 250
We have heath score above 250 except less than 10 days out of last 180 days. But the webpage says
"We regret to inform you that your account has been removed from the Account Health Assurance program. Although your account initially met the qualification criteria for the program, it has been determined that your account is not in compliance with the program's requirements. "
Anyone has the same issue? It seems there are other criterion which was not known. We just wonder what are the other criterion?

Can you confirm where you received this notice? Was this a case or performance notification, was there any additional information offers or situations you were experiencing? Per our account health assurance policy page:
Can I lose access to AHA?
To continue to be eligible for AHA, you must meet the following requirements:
- Engage with our account health team within 72 hours of notification that we need to work with you regarding an issue
- Fully resolve issues when working with Account Health Support
- Keep your AHR from falling below 250 for more than 10 consecutive days
Regardless of your AHA eligibility status, Amazon may remove you from the AHA program and deactivate your seller account immediately if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or otherwise harmful activity, in order to protect customers, our selling partners, and Amazon’s store.
As noted there are a number of situations where you may no longer qualify for the program, and as noted even if you meet all requirements if specific concerns arise you may be removed from the program. Did you receive any policy violations that impacted the account health rating? Did you resolve those issues within 10-days to ensure you remained compliant with this qualification?
