Have you even TRIED to do a simple help search on how to close your account???
" If you choose to close your account, go to Settings and click Account Info. In the Account Management section on the left hand side of the page, click Close Account. Fill in all the required fields"

If you have not done so, downgrade to a personal account so that you are no longer charged $40/month.
Them do as @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI has said and follow the directions. BUT
'Closing' it is permanent so go to individual if you have not already.
In theory, you only get ONE account per lifetime though there have been reports of people being allowed back.
Forever is a LONG time so close it ONLY if you are 90 years old and are 100% positive you will never find a great product that belongs on Amazon.
