All my products I bought from Dollar Tree, they can not be fake. That why I only can submit receipts not invoice, Dollar Tree dont have invoice

I did do video call, answer all questions about my business and products, submitted all documents I have to but they still say my information not enough to rid of violation

You advised that the information was rejected stating not enough information. Can you advise if there were any other documents or information that were provided along with them? Additionally and so you are aware, even though you have receipts from a retail store we require sourcing documents to meet specific requirements and contain very key information to be verified. If you have not, I would recommend reviewing our invoice requirements which also contains examples on why some documents may not be accepted.
