My account was suspending due to section 3

Hey there,

My account got suspended due to a Section 3 multiple accounts policy violation.

The reason was an Amazon account of x- a reseller.

I have submitted all the documents including, the termination letter, agreements, bank account ownership letters, account notification preference screenshots, user permissions screenshots, and 1-month statement.

However, my appeal was rejected. Last time, the account health representative, told me that he had initiated an internal team review and I do not need to add any further information. He said he would call me regarding the actual reason for the appeal rejection after the submission of the required documents. However, It has been 5 days without any response. Can anybody help me in this regard?

I have been going back and forth but to be honest, I am disappointed by the suspension of almost 1 month. The appeals are tricky since no one prepares for the bad days until he faces them. I am still waiting for Amazon's response to my performance notification.

I confirm that I have checked all the data including

 Name is not matching in both accounts.

 Email is not matching in both accounts.

 Phone number is not matching in both accounts.

 Business Addresses are not matching in both accounts.

 IP is not matching in both accounts since the single laptop has the access to

my seller central.

 Credit card is not matching in both accounts.

 Payout information is not matching in both accounts.

 New Wi-Fi is also now unique for my office.

 Ship from address is not matching in both accounts.

 Return Address is not matching in both accounts.

 FBA Return Address is not matching in both accounts

I don't know what I should need to check more since they said that there is still a link but I have explored everything.

Can any body help?
