How to delete or end your seller account

I am tired of Amazon tried everything and nothing works it says invalid charge method but cuts payment from my account just perfectly and still says invalid charge method and blocked my access to my seller account - I have tried seller forums for help and all but everyone just gives you random solution no one actually looks into the specific problem you are facing the reason for my problem can be different from someone else but nah they just give some generic solutions and if nothing works they say make a case and make a case they say its the bank issue contact the bank the bank says we are clear so - I am tired all this stress all this tension of nothing working - I am tired so for one last time tell me how do - I End or Delete my seller account and what can be done with my inventory

If the invalid charge method is the only problem with your account then you should be able to close the account after you solve that problem.

Best approach: use an actual credit card -- NOT a debit card -- issued by major company, and if outside of the U.S., it must allow international charges.

Go to the buyer side of your account. Install that card. Delete any other card. Wait an hour or two, then go to the seller side and choose that card. Delete any others.

Might even help to buy something -- letting the bots know the card is working.

After that has been resolved, and assuming no other account issues, you can close your account --- delete all listings, active or inactive. Wait ninety days. Then close the account.

You sell it elsewhere.

If you have stock at Amazon warehouses you WILL be charged as long as it is there.

Do a removal order for everything and IF the only issue is the credit card they might send your stuff back to you and THEN you can close the account when all balances have been paid.

DOWNGRADE to individual as well if you can do that to save the $40/month.

  2. Wait 90 days after your last sale to ensure the A-to-z Guarantee claims period is honored.
  3. Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).
  4. Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.
  5. Confirm that your bank account information on file is up-to-date to receive a final payment.
  6. Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
