I see that you have resolved product safety violations from your account and you have questions about when the points will be restored to your account health rating (AHR).
Point values for each violation are based on severity level and typically range from 2 to 8. After you have resolved a violation that impacts your account health rating score, it may take 24-48 hours for the points to be restored.
How many points were deducted after the receiving the violations? Were any points restored after resolving them?
Another thing to think about is that your sales volume can play a part in your score. You also gain 4 points for every 200 successful orders you fulfilled over the last 180 days. If you have noticed a drop in sales within the last 6 months, this may be why you see a drop in that score. Please note that policy compliance issues can drop your score under the 200 mark, sales volume will not.
