I have created a separate case - Case ID: 14879836991 - as I was told by support on previous case that they can not help due to request not being related to seller identity verification or related processes. I seek technical assistance to get past this error and sucesfully submit rewquired documents.
Please can an Amazon Community Manager look at this case and activate a technical team to check the error issue.
